Kim O'Connor is the broker and owner of Choice Homes & Land

Kim O'Connor is a seasoned real estate broker with over 21 years of experience helping buyers, sellers and investors throughout the Bay Area successfully achieve their goals in real estate. Kim is friendly, efficient, trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

Kim has a master’s degree and a background in education. She uses her teaching skills to carefully guide and inform her clients so that they have a clear understanding throughout the entire real estate process and are empowered to make wise decisions.

Kim and her husband, Michael O'Connor, are the owners and founders of Choice Homes & Land, which they opened in 2006. Michael has an MBA and a background in real estate analytics. Together, along with their daughter, Zoe O’Connor Gordon, they are a dynamic team, dedicated to serving their clients with excellence and integrity.
